  • Mobility to optimize breathing

  • Breathing technique and cadence for specific desired performance and movements:

    • Max-efforts or 30-minute grinders, 5k or marathon, powerlifting or hill climbing, deadlifts or squats, intervals or AMRAP, and more!

 

What to bring:

  • Clinic will include dispersed varied movements, at varied intensity, including some outdoors. Please bring appropriate clothing and footwear to do so.

  • Clinic will include lecture portions, consider bringing something to take notes with.

  • Yoga mat, if you have it

  • Heart rate monitor, if you have it.

  • Personal jump rope, if you have it.

  • Bring swimsuit/extra clothes and a towel if you think you will participate in the cold-soak practice.
