Full Health Program & Coaching

Integrative / Functional / Holistic Medicine & Coaching

I create uniquely personalized and progressive health programs (30-days at a time) including suggestions and guidelines on nutrition, dietary supplements, homeopathy, breathing techniques, environmental factors, various other therapeutic modalities. I incorporate and take under consideration just about every lifestyle factor you can imagine—physical activity, nutrition, environment, toxin exposure, genetics, relationships, etc— to minimize overall inflammatory and stress load on your health, eliminate any obstacles— while working to optimize necessary support— to rediscovering and cultivating your Full Health, Life and Performance. All integrated very intentionally in one step-by-step program. 

In order to do this, my process includes:

• Clients complete an exceptionally in-depth Intake Questionnaire and Food Journal.

• 45:00- 60:00 One-on-One phone or Skype coaching session to discuss intake information, obstacles that may arise, possible reasons why you haven’t achieved your desired results yet, and strategy moving forward to assure just that.

• To optimally individualize programs, I Incorporate applied-kinesiology (aka muscle testing) and, on a case-by-case basis, various lab testing analysis from a optimal health-outcome perspective. 

• In most cases, when I do suggest ordering lab work, it is to begin with a selection of 38 basic blood markers (an $89.00 cost through me) and run it through a state of the art analysis software called Blood Smart.ai which uses these basic blood markers to reliably predict what your results might indicate from other, much more extensive and expensive lab tests. In the right hands, this software can give us in-depth information that may otherwise require thousands of dollars of testing to uncover.

  • Lab analysis is only an additional $100 with a Full Health Program & Coaching package, and includes additional phone/video coaching time to discuss results & analysis.

  • Lab requisition is an additional $89.00 if ordered through me.

• Once clients begin their program, they also have the included option of weekly 10:00 phone check-ins to make sure everything is staying on track, troubleshoot, motivate, and answer any questions. 

• Clients are able to schedule all of their phone/video sessions for themselves after purchasing their initial session(s), and submitting all of their initial forms.

Lab Analysis

For those of you who have some of your own lab work, want to get some lab work done but not sure what will be most telling or where to start, and/or are otherwise interested in a lab test analysis apart from a Full Health Program. May include, but is not limited to:
